We've taken delicious English chicken thighs and stuffed them with sausage meat, chestnuts and a touch of sage, then poached them so they stay amazingly moist.
Then we've taken an old favourite, Duphinoise Potatoes, and added richness ann finesse by using Delice de Bourgogne cheese (it's made with triple cream!)
