Chicken Chasseur, sometimes know as Hunter’s Chicken, is a classic French stew made with chicken thigh on the bone, which we braise in chicken stock, white wine, tomato, mushrooms, onion and parsley.

We dug this recipe out of the family cook book as it’s so full of flavour and comforting
