Steak and Ale Cobbler makes a welcome change from the more traditional pie. We use British grass fed brisket which we cook for 3 hours in beer.


*What is a Cobbler? I hear you cry…. For the uninitiated, it’s a savoury scone. It develops a firm crust as it cooks in the oven and soaks up a little of the gravy from the stew. It’s bloomin’ gorgeous.
