We Did It! We Only Went and Won an Award!

Yep, we've been awarded a Great Taste award for our Butter Chicken Curry!! We're absolutely over the moon as you'd imagine.

Mrs CheshireFoodCompany suggested a recipe in 2019, which was a belter, and whilst we've tinkered with it over the years to make it work for cooking in larger batches (which started out as 12 at a time and is now normally around 90), if you walked in to the kitchen as we're making it you'd see us cooking it in pretty much the same way you might cook a curry at home - we caramelise the onions and garlic, add spices to toast those off, then add tomatoes and cream whilst pan frying the marinated chicken pieces and adding them to the sauce. That's it really - cooking proper food properly. We're about as far from factory production line cooking as you can get, and we believe you can tell.
